Visit Santa in his magical little house every weekend from the 7th of December until the 22nd of December 10.30am – 3.30pm at The Elveden Courtyard.  Come and visit Santa and the mischievous elves hard at work, regaling you with stories of their adventures from the North Pole.
 
Each ticket entitles the child visiting Santa to receive a present (suitable from birth up until 11 years) and chocolate coins. The opportunity to have their photograph taken which can be transformed into a printed photo.

Please note that this is an outdoor event whilst waiting to go in to see Santa and suggest that you come prepared for the weather.  We don’t supply umbrellas.  We recommend that you arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your booking time and go to the main entrance for the Grotto.

You don’t need to print your tickets; we are happy to accept your ticket confirmation email on your phone screen.

Please be advised all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable so please ensure that you have booked for the correct time and date.

Bookings include  2 adults only.  We have had to put a limit on the number of people in the Grotto for Health & Safety reasons.
